In my experience over the years, this shipping time frame is normal from busdepot, if you don't ask for it to be expidited. And, that's just fine by me. I understand that if I want the best price, I need to be able to wait a week extra, hell maybe even longer. No big deal. That covers about 80% of the parts I want. On the other hand, if I need it NOW, I know I either have to pay extra or go with someone else. The only problems with the depot I hear are from folks who want it now And at the lowest price on earth. I've had a couple of my own businesses, so I understand, some people are going to want it all. What did he say, when you called and talked to Ron about this? You DID do this already, didn't you? And, if not, why are you bringing your personal business with BD to the list rather than taking care of it directly with BD and Ron? I order from them/deal with them all the time and always deal directly with them, as I did this morning on a part I ordered from them. I got a satisfactory response from them so my business has been taken care of by my calling and dealing directly with them.
