I'm not sure there's a Walmart in Santa Barbara, I think the closest one is
in Oxnard (45 miles away) next door to Ventura. But you can be damn sure
they wouldn't allow overnight parking. In fact, I can't think of a Walmart
in Southern California that does allow overnight parking because of local
governmental restrictions. Stealth camping in Southern California is a
developing "art form" and requires a bit of pre-planning before parking for
the night.
