I've only had one ePay sale go sideways and PayPal sorted it for me. The goods never showed up and the guy refused to email me back. I filled out the PayPal complaint form, waited 3 or 4 days and got a refund from the seller. Not only was the guy in Brazil, but he had also been de-listed (which I failed to notice when I bid) as an ePay seller. Don't mess with PayPal...
