  I appreciate your work on this topic and I've been following intently.  I'm hoping you find something that will help me get a few extra MPG's as well.  I get about 15-16 in town with my 2.1.  I have gotten 18 a couple times on the highway, but not very often.

I have yet again wasted my time and the valuable attention of the
listees while chasing down the wrong rabbit hole in search of the reason
for my 15 to 16 mpg fuel "economy." Drat. I owe everyone an apology.
