Thanks John, and to all the other responders both on and off-list, positive and negative. You're right John, I was not trying to slam anyone - I apologize if it sounded that way. My question was simply find out if this was a single mistake, or a pervasive issue. I didn't have any information to go on before asking the question. I do think it is perfectly acceptable to bring ³business² dealings (not ³personal business," as has been suggested) to a public forum as a method to poll the public as to the efficiency of public-serving entity. I now have the information I need to make my own decision, so it is probably best to cut off the comments on this subject so it doesn't turn into mudslinging. Thanks, Ben
