What did he say, when you called and talked to Ron about this? You DID do this already, didn't you? And, if not, why are you bringing your personal business with BD to the list rather than taking care of it directly with BD and Ron? I order from them/deal with them all the time and always deal directly with them, as I did this morning on a part I ordered from them. I got a satisfactory response from them so my business has been taken care of by my calling and dealing directly with them.
