If memory serves me right, when you place your order with the BD, there is
an option for faster shipping.  No shipping quote is given at the time of
order, but they either email or call to discuss the cost of shipping, which
has been, in my experience, very reasonable.  All I know is, I've ordered
for the BD in the past and will do so in the future.  Often, there prices
are lower than other vendors.  And when I really, really need a part ASAP, I
call with the part #, pay the extra for shipping, and get my order with the
2 or 3 days, depending the option I choose.
