Exactly, paypal and credit cards both, I'm pretty sure, when the buyer says they didn't get what they contracted for, paypal or the credit company cancel the sale first, and ask questions later, ...or rather, the merchant that didn't get their money .....it's up to them to prove that they did indeed deliver as promised. Paypal is an eBay entity, btw.

If you paid paypal you might, they have a dispute resolution proncess...
