A few years ago I got burned on ebay for some headlights... instead of a pair he sent me one and some relay that were "supposed to make up for the missing light"

Disputed... Sent the light back (my cost, certified!) He refused the package.. it came back to me and paypal refused me any refund because I had no proof that I sent the package back to him, despite having the reciept for return sending.
