Yes. Unlike most other online businesses, if you choose to use expedited shipping with the BusDepot, you MUST talk to them.

Their web page claims something to the effect of "most items shipped in 3-5 days". My experience is, if they have it in STOCK, then it ships in 3-5 days. No way to get it overnight from them, unless I were to drive up and pick it up in person. I've tried. I get things faster from vendors on the West Coast.

Bus Depot was there first. I'll give them that.

Simply put, if I need something Bus Depot is the last place I will go now. I'll get it faster from the local dealer, or a West Coast vendor, or my local FLAPS, even if it is special order. Might pay a little extra, but usually not all that much. And I'll have it in a couple of days (VW dealer will almost always have it in two days for me.)
