Walmart in Santa Barbara? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Santa Barbara is far too tony and far too determined to keep it that way to let a Walmart in. Nearest Walmart is in Oxnard, over 30 miles away. Oxnard is a Walmart kind of town.
