The question was fair and polite!
I see no bashing here, Ron did answer and he probably lost 45 minutes doing so.

I order often from many of the vendor here, you want it fast, pay the fast
shipping, period. Last week, I order a propane tank (rocket fast) from
GoWesty, i paid for UPS express, the cost was 200$ + the Canadian taxes,
about 45$, so yes, it was expensive but the customer was ready to pay,
anyway, he had no choice. The tank came in not even 2 days... that
California to Montreal.

I think that a mailing  list and/or forum is there to help us "in general",
but i i'm starting to think that some here are plain CHEAP people! People
with money goes to the closest shop and have there van fixe without bashing
or crying, they don't go on Internet to find a cheap way to fix their van.

Believe me, i know! I see all kind of customers at the shop!!! and my web
site... men, over 30 e-mail a day with questions!!!! some very rude and not
very polite. The hell with them! People just take you for granted because
you give FREE info and they want more....

Men, we need them to keep driving our old vans!
Thanks to CIP1, VC, BD and GW, without them, i would be lost!
