Where I'm living in Maine, there is no emissions testing. Nor was there
emissions testing in Hawaii when I lived there.
I'd say that those who might decide to let their Vanagons go, due to
problems with emissions testing, aren't on this list anyway and we'll
not be in the loop to hear about them.
