Hi Sorry for taking so long to get back with all interested in Corduroy for the vanagon in Tan. Well the issue is this was Euro made. Also most of the Mills in the USA have either closed there doors due to imports or have switched to manufacture other more profitable textiles. The ONLY corduroy I can find is a Cotton that is almost exact BUT it is Cotton not Poly / Nylon Made made type fiber. Meaning it will not wear well and not easy to clean when coffee and soft drinks come in contact with it. It is also very difficult to find alot of colors for automotive since the Modern day cars run 3 basic colors if your lucky and none are corduroy. There are Auto Velvets that are stripes of Tan/Brown that give the Look of cord without being cord and they are UV stable made out of Nylon for years of service. Also the corduroy I found was a Mear 44.90 Per yard just to add a wrench into your plans. The ONLY think I could think of to look at or for is Overstock auto fabric places and 2nds. Somtimes this sort of stuff shows up. But if not in the textile game or loop you wont be able to find anytime soon. Also most of those places sell in Bolt or Bolt end qty. Meaning 20-100 yard rolls. I can do more to find it but ONLY if I know there are more then just to takers for the fabric. Ive got a source of 2 - 2nds shops that I can look into. but no promises and there prices average around 12-20.00 per yard. 1 will sell cuts at a premium price. Hope this helps or makes you watch the net for the killer deal. But be careful alot of it is furniture grade or Clothing / Drapery Grade. C-ya Jonce
