Lots of discussion Re: conversions to the Vanagon WasserBoxer, but I don't know if anyone has talked about this possibility much yet. However, in 2008/09 Subaru will be introducing this engine into the Legacy (first into the Euro market, then maybe US?? Subaru has been unclear on exact plans).

Seems this beast would satisfy lots of folks' wish lists!

Just do a search on the subject and a lot of links with pics will pop -up.
