There is no mention of the word antique (or vintage or classic etc)
in conjunction with auto parts in the tariff schedule but there is a
classification for vehicles over 25 years old:

There you have it and there is nothing else mentioned in the tariff
schedule I've been able to find.
VENDORS SHIPPING TO CANADA TAKE NOTE:
When shipping to Canada quote 9966.00.00 AND write Antique/Vintage
Auto Parts on the package. This is perfectly legal for baywindow
parts but some Vanagon parts are not technically going to be eligible
due to age.
If the recipient gets dinged for duty, they can have it re-classified
and duty refunded or so CBSA states:
