I took a vacation day last Friday instead of a sick day, because Monday
was a paid holiday for me. I became more sick as the long weekend wore on,
and I went to work very sick on Tuesday, so as not to lose the paid holiday
day. But, I had to call in sick this morning, because I'm worse, not
better, after being 'forced' to work sick. The way I feel right right now,
I may have to be out sick again tomorrow, too. So much for stupid company
policies that attempt to fix one problem and create several others in the
process........I guess i should have just sucked it up and used all my sick
days, while losing a paid holiday.......
(sniff-sniff)
