At least for now, thanks list! I replaced the temp II and after the first time starting it did the same thing, but I realized the sensor wasn't tightened all the way. Tried it again and the hard start/stalling seemed to be cured, however the idle was still very low.
I ended up just adjusting the idle via the big screw on the throttle body. I have a feeling I might have just masked something else, but it commuted great for two days, then made the trip to Joshua Tree and back no problems.
Maybe a little low on power, but it may seem that way cause I have been driving a V8 for a while.
Also, the persitant hicup i was getting at 3200 rpm has not happened once since the fix.
