Well, Bryan I don't know if "need" is the right word. I guess no one needs
that but if I was in any position to take something like this I'd consider
it. I'd certainly appreciate a non-dying city where the top selling itmes
aren't 40ozers, lottery tickets, cigarettes, cheap wine, and the like.

Then again that's an entirley different ifssue :)
