Thanks Dennis. I will try testing the vent and if that tests to be okay then I think that I will go ahead and replace my canister. I guess that the line on the bottom probably has a hose that could be clogged and just vents to the atmosphere. I am afraid that if I don't find the problem with the system that I will be putting excessive strain on the fuel pump that is probably generating the vacuum that is not venting properly.
