Subject:      LVC -- Free garage door and opener in Seattle

The LVC is that baby needed two pairs of new shoes.  We've upgraded Monty
to SA 15" steel wheels with Michelin LTX M/S and Monty is too tall now for
the garage.

Of course, off with the door (and part of the jamb)!

So pass on the condo with Syncro in Kent for 400K.  Take this away for
free.  Stanley (7 feet high, 8 wide) metal garage door (good shape) and
Genie Blue Max opener (works).
