I don't believe the 1/4 figure. That's my opinion of course. I don't believe VA is not doing their job either. VA is too small to do the job. It takes everyone in the country to get it done right. Giving more resource to VA is not the solution. Every city, county and everyone needs to do something to solve the homeless issue.

300,000,000 million? That must include the population we grow in space somewhere. On earth and America the number is 300,000,000 head. Am I wrong?
