RE: Vanagon Westy vs EVC Although I've never owned a Eurovan I made some caparisons when I had to replace my '85 Westy. I came to the conclusion that if you like the interior layout and space and overall setup in the Vanagon based Westy you will NOT like the Eurovan setup. And since then I've run into at least three people that had past experience with Buses and Vanagons and when they got a Eurovan they did not like it. And within the last 48 hours there was a EVC posted on the WetWesties list for sale by an experienced individual that is going back to a Vanagon, primarily because of the low clearance on the Eurovan, not good off the pavement.
