Clint,

I tried that, and no matter how many times I cycle the key (to increase the fuel pressure) before cranking, it doesn't make any difference when the engine is hot.

I did check the coolant temp sensor resistance and the ohm range seems fairly accurate between 740 and 1400 ohms from hot to cold respectively. So I'm not sure there is any problem there.
