I've never seen that before.

Mine just has a cap (025 101 109 B).   ETKA doesn't show it either.
Looks like a vacuum line. Where does that line go?  If it is vacuum,
your FLAPS should have all kinds of vacuum couplers that might work.

What year is your van?
