OK, so what I'm hearing is: 1) Do the sanding and minor body work myself; 2) Take off parts where possible and do some masking myself; 3) Check out Maaco prices and little guy prices. I'm just not willing to spend $2K+ for a real job on this car--and if a cheapo job lasts 3 years and costs $700, that seems worth it. |
