Originally, I was going to look for a synchro-westy - since I live in snow country and am always puncturing my passenger tires on backroads I wanted something stouter. But I also want something I can drive. The prices the Samba folks are asking for synchro-westies, I wouldn't dare take them out and expose them to the backwoods or any kind of traffic... Matt
