You may find that a whack on the end of your phillips screw driver will help to shock it loose.. (last resort. Kinda hard on the tool handle. Or your knuckles if you miss --- ;^) Or you could use a bit from one of those multi drivers. Better metal to metal for the shock. Again possibly hard on tool. Plus you could use vice grips on that bit to provide more torque.

Make sure you use the correct size phillips.
