Hey gang.

Noticed the DS head on this 1.9 WBX I'm working on, has a copper looking colour in area behind rockers. I assume the PS has same.

I recall from my youth something about VW (Beetle) factory rebuilds having this colour on the block.

What does this colour mean? (and yes I do welcome phryday humour..... as well as a straight up answer if possible! --- ;^)

Cheers,

Neil.
