Subject: Head Gasket sealant sorry 1 more time

After getting the thottle body in this weekend & replacing the busted cable yesterday (worldpac retailer here in vic,bc stock GEMO sold to me for 25) I find out why my vacum was not up around 17 when from 7-9 to 12-13 with TB replacement. Well I did all the basics then decided to do a compression test all are 155 except 1 at 75 :( then did a getto leakdown test yup looks like a poached exhaust valve, so now I guess I can become a real vanagonite I gotta do a head that last right of passage i guess... :)

so few searches show that dirko sealant is what ship in Victor Reinz kit. then I find few other posts suggesting not to use it either permetex 'the right stuff' or GM engine seal. Part # 1234 6141

OK so what is the collective wisdom here ?
