Gee Mike - I just made one of those brake bleeders using the GM cap as described in the site and bled my Vanagon brakes using it. The home-made blake bleeder described in the website was made for a BMW, wasn't it? And you said that we all need a 45 mm cap like is found on Audi, BMW, VW, etc. True, it need modifications as was mentioned in the site. Could GM have made something useful/usable for us Vanagonites? The GM cap can't be used normally on the brake fluid reservoir - no provision for a the brake fliid level sensor, but it works for a brake bleeder.
