I have to agree with Allan. It looks like MPG, which means it's probably a vacuum gauge.

It's the upside down Tachometer in the middle picture. It has a secondary gauge at the top... and darn if I can guess what it is. The pixel count on my old laptop isn't fine enough to enable me to read the letters.
