Thomas If I were you I'd handle it this way. First, order directly through Discount Tire, I'm sure they have a store in Bellingham. Contact that store directly. And I know they can get that tire, I had them give me a quote just a couple of months ago. Second, have them mount and balance. That way you get their warranty. If you are ordering they way you described, I'd go the the Tire Rack online site and try to find a local installer from their list then contact that installer to see if you can work with them.
