When I sealed a tank I ordered direct from the company. They sell a fuel tank sealer kit that has everything you need. By the way, not sure what kind of vent/expansion relief tubing there might be in a Vanagon tank, but learn from my mistake and take care to blow it out with compressed air after applying the sealer (and before it dries!), and position the tank so that any sealer that pools while drying is not going to block the tubes.
