No no no, you have it all wrong. The miss is a dead cylinder, zero compression, and reduces the load on the there three cylinders, thus getting much better mileage. If you fixed that, fuel mileage would decrease - :) Scott

Good ol' ebay sellers. My favorite is the bullet list at the bottom with the following items:

1. MOTOR HAS A MISS 2. 25-30 MPG

Man, think what kind of mileage you'd get if you could solve that misfiring!
