I've used Hagen's of Blaine to receive packages.  Similar to security
mail, they give you a true street address (no PO box) and call you
when packages arrive.   Over 95% of their customers are from BC.


No membership fee, you can "sign up" over the phone...$3 per package
received.  No packages, no fees.  Great way to have US address if you
live near Vancouver.

You can also order Tires from Tirerack.com and have them shipped to a
certified installer..I think the closest one is in Ferndale, WA.  You
pay the installer just for installation, not for receiving the tires.
