Ok.   I R& R the switch.  easy piezy.  Blinkers Stalk ok, Wiper stalk
NOT ok..  Fuse ok. I go do something else for an hour.  Now I remove the
wiper combo switch, now they work. Must have overtightened the screws.
I reinstalled the stalk combo, checking wipers every couple of seconds,
and they still work.  So I'm relieved.
