That's not a tool you buy by size normally, You buy it by application, '12 point CV joint screw' tool, like from Bus Depot or wherever. It's not an allen, and not a torx. Or a good tool truck, you see a Mack or Snap on truck, flag 'em down - spendy but usually very good tools, and guaranteed.
