Uh guys..... I think it's a joke. That and a little social comment on wave hierarchy. I remember back in the 60's, there was a pecking order in British Sports Cars as to who dared wave at whom. A sprite/ midget driver could wave at another Sprite/Midget driver but could only wave to a MGA/MGB driver if he/she waved first. Likewise an MG to a TR, a TR to a Healey, a Healey to a Jag. Of course nobody waved to a KG or a Corvette. How gauche would that be?
