so I read some & got some PM mails about alternatives so I looked around and
I was just wondering what you guys
think of this option for switch replacement

POINT + 12 V is connected to the positive pole of the power supply 12VDC
POINT + M is connected to the positive pole of DC Motor.
POINT  M is connected to the negative pole of the DC Motor.
POINT G is to be connected to the negative pole of the power supply.

I dont have switch in front of me but I assume
switch position 3 lead from the blower motor would go to POINT + M
the brown grd wire on the switch goes to  POINT  M
then power from the fuse panel goes to POINT + 12 V
and run a grd line from the star grd beside the fuse panel connector to
POINT G

What i like here
1) I bypass the the resistor on the blower for ever
2) variable speed control on the heat I finnaly get it just right :)
