My husband and brother both have the Tom Tom and I saw them on sale this past weekend for $149 or something like that.  My husband paid like $299 last year around this time.  We all love it and it works great!!  Don't know how we did it before without the GPS.  It has been great going through big cities, like L.A. - keeps you in the right lanes, etc. and makes it a breeze with all the different freeways coming and going in all different directions.  We use it in all our various vehicles.
