I hate to disagree so I won't but I can tell you that our staff has placed diesel in gas generators, water pressure washers, lawn mowers, ect over the years. All survived with a good flushing. Thank goodness they never did that to the F250s (which are gas!).

Yes it can be hard to find good (and smart) help...

What does it destroy in a auto engine other then maybe the FI system?
