if
this is a ground swell movement to
request vanagongerry to move yo gmail
i suggest we first thank him very much
for his management and moderation of
the list to date
no small feat indeed ...
as for using gmail ... to be server
although a user ...
i wonder about putting all our eggs in
one basket ...
i cant stand yahoo and the intrusive
tell me about your last adventure with
dogs before you can have mail
hotmail was worse and has twice deleted
my own and my beloveds account
why not request that vanagon gerry
implement a forward to move the mail to
a gmail.com account
i do agree gmail is a google idea whose
time has come ...
but let us not trade in the old bacon
cooking wife just cause the new girls
make matte latte
yours

I've been using gmail since the early

I opened an alternate account several
weeks ago to now manage my Yahoo! and
Vanagon.com forums. I have done NOTHING
out of the ordinary with my gmail
account. I reviewed their terms of use
and see nothing conflicting with how
Vanagon.com runs their list server.
Here is the message, I've been offline
now for 24hour although my OTHER
(original) gmail account is just fine:
Sorry, your account has been disabled.

Most goggle searches turn up people
barking about the same concern. Some get
it turned back on while others do not
after filling out a "contact us" form
and waiting for several weeks.
Can anyone thing of any activity that
Yahoo! Groups or Gerry does to set off
an automated system to spend that
account? Gmail is SO much better for
dealing with Gerry's old school way of
doing forums/lists.

Picking up garbage and telling people
things.
Successful people do both, with the same
