I called my local Napa and they recommended that corrugated plastic wire shielding. I don't like the sounds of that for some unknown reason. I know busdepot carries the oem stuff: http://www.busdepot.com/details.jsp?partnumber=N0180154 and at $3 per meter it's not too expensive either.

One would think just by looking at the stock setup that there is another more readily available alternative. I, too, thought of heat shrink tubing as I have access to miles of it, but wouldn't more heat, shrink it to the point of cracking?
