Ok, so it's 2 H2s + O2 that's being burned. This isn't anything all that new.
And it still needs an ultimate energy source.
And the rest sounds like the typical conspiracy theories that float around.

simulations
involving a sledge hammer and a common laboratory frog, we can assume it will
