Chris, I would go with a brand new one that we sell for $525. They are available for immediate shipment. The problem with trying to rebuild an old one is that the joints go bad but so does a brass bushing that is in the center of the rubber flex disc. If this is bad then the shaft can never be properly balanced and will always have vibration issues. The new shafts we sell are a new design that eliminates that bushing and the rubber flex disc. It also uses u-joints that are greaseable and readily available at a local parts store for not much money. Let me know if you want to order this. This has been a great product that I have sent as far away as Japan. One of the few products that works so well that people email me back and thank me for selling it to them!
