Subject: Vanagon hard top camper - No pesky Pop-top - only 16K!

Here's what I just found on the Samba. Finally a camper without one of those annoying pop-tops! No wonder it gets a price premium!

1990 VW Vanagon GL Price: 16000 This is an incredible find!!! It spent all of its life in California minus one year in Georgia. No rust, the body is in great cosmetic shape. Lots of new goodies: A New engine (upgraded to a 2.2L now with only ~9000 miles), new exhaust parts, new batteries and battery splitter. New CD player that does everything (almost) ... It has a 4-speed transmission which shifts perfectly. Brand new tires. This Vanagon was converted by 'Country Holmes' in Santa Cruz, CA. Then most of the work done on it since then was at http://www.gowesty.com including the engine and exhaust.

That's the good, so here is the bad...

The sunroof started to leak .I have a new sunroof coming in the mail from www.crlawrence.com. The rear heater core is not functional (I haven't got around to purchasing a new one (very easy fix, 4 screws and two hoses essentially), but the front is still working and working well...

The sink and the stove and fridge work great!!
