Neil:

I have an '81 manual here in Colorado.  For many
years I had an empty cat and just barely passed
Colorado emissions (CO, HC, NOx)--but I did.

Then I put a new cat in and sailed by.  If BC's
limits are similar to Colorado's, you should have
no problem with a good cat and hot engine.
