The rod bolts can bee seen from the cylinder openings of the opposite cylinders the 2.1 bolts have a taper down to the rod on the outside edge of the bolt the 1.9 have 2 tangs that stick out

I have a 2.1 motor with the pistons and sleeves removed. Is there any way to tell if it has 1.9 or 2.1 rod bolts? If I cannot tell with the rods still installed, can I tell if I remove the rods and look at the bolts? Thanks Pascal '84 Westy
