Scott. During my journey into parting out my 85, I did a quick visual of the pressure limiting valve. Can this part can be tested?

The brakes were iffy on this van when I test drove it, (MC and/or rears) so I wasn't about to "ham" on the brakes to see how well the regulator worked!

Just curious.
